Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these terms and conditions and by participating in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion, contacting entrants and/or fulfilling the pack delivery.

  1. Only open to residents of the UK (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man) aged 18 or over, with a valid UK delivery address. Excludes employees of Heineken, their immediate families, and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
  2. There are 5,000 packs available (each pack contains 1 x Outd00r Brewing Hydration Original Lager 330ml and 1 x Outd00r Brewing Hydration Lemon Lager 330ml), allocated on a first-come-first-served basis to the first 5,000 valid entries received during the Promotion Period. No person can win more than one pack.
  3. How to take part: No purchase necessary. Enter by completing and submitting the Outd00r Brewing META lead generation form. Confirm that you are over the age of 18 and eligible to take part, provide your first name, last name, email address, and full UK delivery address, and confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Standard network rates apply.
  4. The promotion opens on 29th June 2026 and closes at the earlier of 23:59 on 1 August 2026, or the date on which all packs have been claimed (“Promotion Period”).
  5. Maximum of 1 entry per person during the Promotion Period. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. The Promoter does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry system. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries are prohibited and will cause disqualification.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award a pack, withdraw a pack entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify a participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements, or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage or claimed using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Packs will be dispatched to successful entrants within 28 days of a valid entry being received. Packs will be sent to the address provided at entry. Proof of age may be required on delivery. Packs returned undelivered are assumed unwanted and will not be re-delivered. The Promoter is not responsible for entries or deliveries that are lost, delayed, damaged or incorrectly submitted.
  8. There is no cash or other alternative to the pack in whole or in part. Packs are not transferable or refundable.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw any entry, or to amend or terminate this promotion at any time, without notice and at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where the promotion cannot be run as originally planned. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
  11. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
